Training Offerings

In Person Classes

A 60-minute private lesson at DBB provides focused, one-on-one training tailored to each dancer’s individual goals and technical needs. Dancers receive detailed guidance on alignment, strength, coordination, and overall movement quality, with time to apply corrections through structured work.

This format allows for deeper exploration of technique and consistent progress over time. It is ideal for dancers looking to refine their skills or prepare for intensives, auditions, or performances.

Our other in-person offering at DBB is our monthly group intensives, designed to provide focused, high-level training in a small group setting. Each session is limited to a maximum of 8 dancers, allowing for individualized attention while still benefiting from a collaborative environment. These intensives are ideal for dancers looking to challenge themselves, build consistency, and grow alongside dedicated peers.

  • Fusion balls for targeted strength and stability work

  • Therabands to support resistance training and muscle activation

  • Yoga mats for floorwork, conditioning, and stretching

  • Blocks to assist with alignment, flexibility, and proper positioning

  • Additional tools to enhance strength, mobility, and overall technique development

Virtual Classes

Virtual private lessons at DBB Ballet offer personalized, one-on-one technical coaching for dancers, accessible from anywhere.

Classes are on a per hour basis.

ADD ONS

  • Pointe (30-45 minutes)

    • Dancers must already have an introduction and understanding of basic foundational pointe

  • Floor Barre (30-45 minutes)

    • Helps dancers deepen their technique by practicing foundational movements without the strain of standing. It strengthens core stability, alignment, and muscle engagement through controlled, flexibility and precision that directly translates to stronger work at the barre and in center.
