A DBB Basic Beginner Adult Ballet class is designed for adults who are new to ballet or returning after time away.
The class focuses on learning proper posture, basic positions, simple steps, and foundational technique in a welcoming environment.
Students will build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while moving at a comfortable pace.
No prior experience is needed.
This intensive will focus on turns, helping dancers master balance, alignment, and efficiency. The class is designed to build strength and support in every turn while reinforcing technique that prepares dancers for turning work at the barre.
